For full-service weddings, we typically begin 10–14 months ahead. For partial planning, 6–9 months is ideal. That said, we've planned beautiful celebrations in as little as ten weeks — reach out and we'll let you know honestly if the timing is workable.

Yes — roughly half of our calendar is spent outside the country. From Italian olive groves to Sri Lankan tea estates, we have on-the-ground partners in over twenty destinations. Travel and accommodation for planning trips are itemised separately and transparently.

Month-of coordination begins at $6,800, partial planning from $14,500, and full-service weddings from $28,000. Every proposal is custom, so we share a detailed investment outline after our discovery call — never a one-size-fits-all fee sheet.

Absolutely. Many couples bring a florist, photographer, or family caterer they love. We'll review contracts, negotiate on your behalf, and gently integrate them into the run-of-show. Our role is to protect your vision, not replace your people.

Our intake forms intentionally include space for pronouns, chosen family, and cultural elements that matter to you.

You'll receive a personal note from a senior planner within one business day. From there, we schedule your complimentary 45-minute consultation — by Zoom, phone, or in our atelier. Within seven days of that conversation, you'll receive a bespoke proposal with mood, services, and investment.
